2021 Meeting of the Members Survey : Survey : Arkansas Coalition for Obesity Prevention

The Arkansas Coalition for Obesity Prevention (ArCOP) will hold it's annual Meeting of the Members on Monday, January 25, 2021. Because our first priority is always the health of our members and partners, we will be hosting this year's gathering via Zoom. Along with a general session, we will have three additional tracks to cover specific areas of interest. The tracks will include the Built Environment, Nutrition, and the Arkansas Farmers Market Association. Everyone is welcome to attend any of the sessions. Specifics, including registration, session times, and Zoom connectivity will be provided soon.

In an effort to provide the best information and resources possible we are asking for your help as we prepare for this year's gathering. Please take a few moments to complete the survey below so we may better serve your needs at the meeting.
